Senior Account Manager
Job Description:
We're looking for a seasoned Senior Account Manager to lead and grow strategic client relationships across the Roar Global ecosystem. You'll be the trusted advisor to our most important accounts, deeply embedded in their business goals, driving long-term partnerships, and playing a key role in shaping how our AI-powered solutions deliver commercial impact at scale.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high-value, strategic client accounts as the primary senior point of contact
- Lead client onboarding, quarterly business reviews, and executive-level stakeholder engagement
- Develop and execute account growth plans, identifying upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities across the Roar Global portfolio
- Translate client business challenges into AI and automation opportunities, working closely with the delivery team to scope solutions
- Act as the voice of the client internally, feeding insights back to the Head of AI and product teams to shape service offerings
- Drive contract renewals and negotiate commercial terms with senior client stakeholders
- Partner closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to feed market and client insights back into the business
- Monitor account health, proactively manage risk, and resolve escalations with confidence
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in account management or client success, within a digital marketing, SaaS, or technology services environment
- Demonstrated experience managing senior stakeholders and enterprise-level accounts
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of growing revenue within accounts
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Genuine interest in AI and automation, with a basic understanding of the AI ecosystem
- A growth mindset with a hunger to continuously learn, evolve, and stay ahead in a fast-changing industry
- Self-directed and comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
